Birthday Parties Only $125 covers 20 kids for up 2 hrs: 

Please be considerate of the time you book per guest. If you're not sure how long to book, I will be happy to advise you. $25 deposit will be charged to reserve your date and will be applied as a credit towards the final payment. Themed parties need a 7-day notice to prepare designs.

 
 *Festival Hair may be added on to birthday parties and gift certificate packages only. 7 day notice is required to make hair. 

**Balloon twisting is offered to parties with smaller turn outs to fill in the 2 hr time frame. 

***Blackout dates: New Year's Day, President Day weekend (Fri-Mon,) Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. 

Gift Certificates $125 (Party of 20) 2 hrs: 

 This package is not intended to be used for anything open to the public. Party includes 20 people/2 hrs of face painting/airbrush tattoos. Themed parties need a 7-day notice to prepare designs. Gift certificates are valid 24 months from date of purchase, if your party is not booked within 24 months you must notify Special T’s LLC to continue to keep certificates active. Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and have no cash value. Dates are subject to availability. Blackout dates are not available for these parties. It is suggested to guarantee a date book 30-60 days in advance. No deposits are required to book the date.
 

Group Hourly Rates for Events (Including Festivals, Corporate Events, Etc.) $150 for 2hrs: 

Each person will be given the option between a full face design, smaller cheek or headband design of their choice. An average of 15 faces per hour will be painted, (2-4 mins per person.)$50 deposit will be charged to reserve the date and will be applied as a credit towards the hourly rate. * A tip jar will be set out for public events unless otherwise requested. 


Carnival Special $250 for 4 hrs 100+ kids: 

Each person will have a option of small cheek or arm design. 10-15 Designs are chosen by artist and take 30 sec. to 2 min. (rainbow, spider, snake, etc.) These designs are meant to keep the line moving to ensure all guest get painted. $50 deposit will be charged to reserve the date and will be applied as a credit towards the event.
 

EXTREME ADVERSE WORKING CONDITIONS: Artist has the right to cease painting and leave without refunding any payment if there are extreme or adverse working conditions and the client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the client's attention. Adverse conditions included but not limited to: destructive, violent, or extreme inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult illegal activities; or otherwise dangerous conditions. Any time beyond the time booked will cost , $40.00 per half hour, half hour charge being for each l-30 minutes of overtime. Additional time is not always guaranteed. I will provide all necessary equipment to setup in a 5' x 5' or 10' x 10' area. If tent is required, please let me know in advance. Your date will not be booked until deposit is received. 48 hour rescheduling/cancellation notice required to change the date to another available date/time or cancel the event. I will travel anywhere in Kern County and surrounding areas. 

Face paints used have been designed for professional use and comply with all the FDA cosmetic regulations We are not responsible for any such reactions. I will not paint anyone who, in the opinion of the face paint artist, whom appears to be suffering from: Cold sores; Conjunctivitis; any infectious skin complaint; open wounds or similar. We will not paint children under 2 years of age or that are under duress. TO REMOVE face paint use soap and water.

The Client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or damage to Artist's equipment or supplies caused by pets, lawn sprinklers, or guest. 

Under no circumstances will Artists supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client's and/or Parents' responsibility
